Thanks to all who came out and enjoyed the weekend with us!

A cold
wind blows from the North. On that wind ride the long-ships in full sail.
The NORSE! They are set on the pillage & plunder of our homelands.
Hide your women, your goods and your livestock. Break out your bows and
steel, and join the Canton of Crois Brigte in the Barony of Sacred Stone, as
we try to stop the Norse invasion.
Your skill in archery as well as spear and axe throwing will be challenged.
Persons of all skill levels are invited to participate.
Awards in a variety of different categories will be given. There will be a
night shoot as well as a special bonus shoot available for those willing to
try.
Make your way to
the scenic Elchenburg Castle in Boonville, North Carolina, at 2239 Center
Road, Booneville, NC 27011. Free camping on site with your registration. Wet
site. Hot showers and flush toilets. Hotels near-by.
There will be no feast. Roanwoulfe Tavern will again be on site for those
wishing to purchase their always fine sustenance. Other food is available in
nearby Yadkinville, Jonesville, Elkin, and Booneville.
